Being surrounded by clutter affects us at an unconscious level. A chaotic physical environment prevents the body’s cortisol levels (the “stress hormone”) from naturally declining throughout the day and this has a significant effect on the quality of sleep.

  • Start with de-cluttering your bedroom and create an atmosphere that offsets the stress 
  • Keep your bedside minimal.
  • Chose natural colours and organic fibres and textures that reflect nature to have a calming and soothing effect
