It's no secret that we're in support of mindful consumption, and we want to ensure nothing goes to waste. As such, so our Online Outlet of ex-floorstock, samples and pieces that may have scratches or marks will open online a few times a year. If you don't mind the beauty of unique marks and wear, then this is a great place to find your next forever piece of furniture.

Sale Duration: Pre-sales begin from Friday 8th March 2024. The Eastern Creek warehouse sale will begin on Saturday 16th March 2024 from 08.00am and end on Saturday 16th March 2024 at 04.00pm. The Online Warehouse Sale will end Tuesday 2 April 2024 at 11.59pm unless otherwise stated.
Availability: All items are subject to availability and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. No holds.
Pricing: Prices are as marked and are non-negotiable unless explicitly stated otherwise. All prices are in AUD and inclusive of applicable taxes. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods as specified at the point of sale or online checkout.
Returns and Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Delivery and Pickup: Customers are responsible for arranging the pickup or delivery of purchased items. Any pickups must be made within the next 5 business days (Mon to Fri from 07.00am to 03.00pm)
Delivery services may be available for an additional fee, and arrangements must be made at the time of purchase.
Assembly: Some items may require assembly. Assembly instructions will be provided, but customers are responsible for assembling the furniture themselves or arranging for professional assembly at their own cost.
Condition of Goods: All items are sold in their current condition and are purchased on an as-is basis. Customers are encouraged to inspect the items carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase during the furniture warehouse sale, customers acknowledge and accept that the items are sold in their current condition and that no warranties, either express or implied, apply to the items.
Warranty: All items are sold “as is,” and no warranties, either express or implied, are provided unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Totem Road be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the sale or use of the purchased items.
Modification of Terms: Totem Road reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other applicable channels.
