This is a "Garage Sale" for office furniture being sold as part of an end-of-lease move-out. All items are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied.

Conditions:
All furniture items are used and may show signs of wear and tear. Buyers are responsible for inspecting the items prior to purchase.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once a sale is made

Payment terms:
All sales are cash only. No credit, debit cards, or checks will be accepted.

Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

Pick-Up and Removal:
Buyers are responsible for arranging their own transport and Totem Road will assist with labour to remove purchased items.

Items must be collected on the day of purchase. If agreed otherwise, items must be removed within 48 hours of purchase, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.

The seller is not responsible for any damage to items during removal or transportation.

Liability:
The seller will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents that occur on the premises during the sale or while removing items.

Buyers assume all responsibility for safely removing and transporting purchased items.

No Reservations:
Items will not be held or reserved without full payment. Sales are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Furniture Details:
Items include, but are not limited to, desks, chairs, storage units, tables, and other office furniture. Exact item availability may vary.

All Sales Final:
Once a sale is made and payment is received, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.
