Please read the following carefully before placing a pre-order with Totem Road.
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to secure an item that is not currently in stock. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item ahead of its arrival at our warehouse.
Estimated Arrival (ETA)
All estimated arrival dates provided at the time of purchase are indicative only and are subject to change. Whilst we do our best to provide accurate timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:
Totem Road will communicate any significant changes to the ETA as soon as we are made aware.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order to secure your item.
If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer or discuss a deposit arrangement, please contact our team directly before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.
Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable
Please note that pre-orders, particularly those involving custom-made or made-to-order items in a selected colour or fabric, are non-cancellable and non-refundable once placed. This is because production commences specifically for your order and the item cannot be resold to another customer. We encourage you to carefully consider your selection before placing a pre-order.
No Guarantee of Exact Delivery Date
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the estimated arrival date is not a guaranteed delivery date and agree that Totem Road cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
