Please note that the freight cost calculated at the checkout is for courier delivery. Our nominated couriers will provide an estimated delivery date and tracking number, so that you can follow your orders delivery process. However they cannot provide a specific delivery window. Delivery is to the threshold, between 09:00 & 17:00 on weekdays. If you are unable to be home and feel comfortable with our courier leaving your product without a signature, please let us know. Please understand that we are unable to take responsibility for any orders left unattended. LUXA mirrors, KARA products, and mattresses cannot be delivered via courier. Our Standard delivery service offers a three hour delivery window on a day suggested by you. This service also offers live tracking of your delivery in selected metro areas. Standard delivery does not include assembly or packaging removal. Totem Road furniture comes with comprehensive instructions for easy assembly where required. Our premiumWhite Glove delivery service offers a three hour delivery window on a day suggested by you. This service provides live tracking of the delivery in selected metro areas and includes furniture assembly, packaging removal and recycling. For international freight pricing, please contact Totem Road. Any import duties or tariffs are to be paid by the customer directly to the freight provider upon delivery.
Delivery Confirmation, Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers that have elected premium or standard delivery in metro Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane will receive a text message asking them to confirm their delivery window. Please ensure this text is responded to promptly, responding to this text confirms the delivery window. If the text is not responded to, the window may be given to another customer.
Once a courier delivery is booked with a provider, Totem Road cannot amend the delivery address nor can the delivery be cancelled.
Two business days notice is required to cancel or reschedule a standard or premium delivery. If you’re unable to accept a standard or premium delivery on the date that you have confirmed, and you have not rescheduled the delivery with us, a failed delivery fee will apply. This fee is required to be paid before redelivery can be booked.
